    Jamar’s favorite part of his job is the opportunity he has had to grow and make business repeatable through great food. He enjoys molding young professionals by setting them up with the tools for success. When Jamar isn’t at work you can find him in his own kitchen whipping up a menu to die for or watching Carolina games with his wife Kelly when they aren’t chasing around their three boys! If you haven’t tried our Shrimp and Grits, you definitely should. That’s Jamar’s go-to!

    Tyler’s favorite part of working at the Grille is being able to work with his secondary family. When Tyler is not with his secondary family, he spends time with his favorite loved ones especially his grandparents. He is a sports fanatic. Tyler enjoys attending NC State football games and playing a good game of golf.

    Roger’s favorite part of working at the Grille is the ability to touch so many lives and establish relationships with staff and guests alike. He helps the staff strive for greatness, while coaching them to refine or develop life skills of organization and interpersonal communication. It is constant gratification for him to see personal and professional growth in his staff. Roger enjoys attending UNC football games and The Masters. Don’t forget to try our delicious Rotisserie Chicken, Roger’s go-to meal.

    Mary’s, “MC”, favorite part of working at Winston’s Grille is how the owners, employees, and customers make this restaurant into a second family for her. When MC is not sharing her bright smile and laughter with our wonderful customers, she’s at home enjoying a good book or tv show.  MC also doesn’t mind indulging in our delicious London Broil once in a while!

    Kerielle’s favorite part of her job at Winston’s Grille is being able to help customers make their special occasion into a memorable experience. In Kerielle’s free time, she enjoys creating a new dish in the kitchen, exploring Downtown Raleigh, and loves to spend time with her dog, Raleigh. Kerielle’s favorite dish at Winston’s Grille is The Sesame Tuna Salad.
