Crispy, pan seared salmon, served over tender grilled asparagus and a savory sweet pea risotto cake. Finished with a bright, homemade red onion, tomato and caper vinaigrette.
JALAPENO CHICKEN – $30.95
fresh chicken breast, seasoned and filled with bacon, cream cheese and jalapenos, encrusted with panko bread crumbs then baked, sliced into medallions, served with green beans and spanish rice, garnished with an herb supreme sauce.
BLEU CHEESE CRUSTED RIBEYE- $53.95
14 oz. grilled ribeye, cooked t0 order, topped with a bleu cheese crust and onion rings, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
