SPRING SALMON – $32.95
Crispy, pan seared salmon, served over tender grilled asparagus and a savory sweet pea risotto cake. Finished with a bright, homemade red onion, tomato and caper vinaigrette.
JALAPENO CHICKEN – $30.95
fresh chicken breast, seasoned and filled with bacon, cream cheese and jalapenos, encrusted with panko bread crumbs then baked, sliced into medallions, served with green beans and spanish rice, garnished with an herb supreme sauce.
TARRAGON RIBEYE- $52.95
14 oz. marinated ribeye, grilled to order, topped with a spring tarragon compound butter and fried shallots. Served with roasted garlic and green onion mashed potatoes and green beans.
